• We cannot accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

7. Exchanges

8. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product details before completing your purchase.
